Hello CGPA

Hi everyone !! Its me again . Today in class UED 102 I learn  what is CGPA , how to estimates CGPA and what important CGPA to us (student) . As a student we have to get at least 2.00 to get in classes to the next semester .
What is CGPA ?

•    CGPA is a grade pointing system used in the educational sector. Cumulative Grade Points       is the average of grade points obtained in all the subjects include the additional subject . 
• How to estimates CGPA =

Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) is the product of the grade points and credit hours for each subject taken in the current and all previous trimesters is divided by the total number of credit hours taken in the current and all previous trimesters.

• There's have 12 status and 7 dismiss status .

STATUS :

1. LU - Pass 
2. F1 - Fail a course on a first (1st) attempt.
3. F2 - Fail a course on second(2st) attempt .
4. F3 - Fail a course on third (3st) attempt . 
5. PD - Credit Transfer .
6. PC - Credit Exemption .
7. TL - Incomplete .
8. UD - Audit 
9. FD - Disciplinary Action .
10. XX - Absent from examination with permission.
11. YY - Absent from examination without permission . 
12. ZZ - Barred from taking the final examination for courses with final examination ; or not given the assessment marks for courses without the final examination .

DISMISS STATUS :

1. D1 - A CGPA of less then 1.80 . 
2. D2 - A CGPA of less then 1.80 with P1 .
3. D3 - A CGPA of less then 2.00 with P2 .
4. D4 - Failed in a certain course for the third time .
5. D5 - A CGPA of less then 2.00 at the end of the maximum period study and still have courses which have not been complete .
6. D6 -Passed all courses required by a programme and fulfilled all the requirement of the programme but acquired a CGPA of less then 2.00 .
7. D7 - Did not sit for the examination of all the registered courses for that semester without the approval of the University . (UITM) .
